Markham Lutheran Church has many stairs, and, unfortunately, is not equipped with a level entry or wheelchair ramp and an elevator. There are chair-lifts up to the narthex and nave (sanctuary) & down to the social hall (where the accessible bathrooms are), which can be reached via the canopied southeast entrance (overlooks 160th St.). Free parking, including spaces reserved for those with disabled parking permits, is available in the lot on the east side of the church, closest to the southeast entry and chairlifts. There are two steps up to the lobby to reach the chair lifts. If you are on the west side of the church, please enter via the doors on the south end. Then climb straight up and you will see a swing door. You will find yourself in the front of the nave facing the congregation. Please note: the doors on the "old church" facing 160th Street, pictured below, are kept locked.
