MARKHAM LUTHERAN CHURCH - Baptized to serve.
Welcome to
Markham Lutheran Church!

Markham Lutheran Church (MLC) was established in Markham, Illinois almost 80 years ago.  The awareness that God loves us at his own expense moves us to worship and serve him, sharing God's love
with one another and our community

The Lutheran Church is a sacramental church, which can be summed up in the phrase "God always comes down":  by grace through Baptism, God's Word, and Holy Communion. At worship, we meet God's grace in the word, water, bread, and wine. Through these means, God strengthens us in our confidence and faith in him and our love and concern for each other and the world.

As a visitor, we welcome you in the name of our Savior, Jesus Christ.  As a prospective member, we invite you to discover how becoming a part of our church family may serve your needs, and to explore how your talents may be used in the Lord's work in our congregation and the community.

Come celebrate Jesus!
